To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. This includes all original packaging, such as the outer box. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened, used, or damaged due to human error.
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
The 7-day trial period has passed.
The product has been opened, used, or damaged due to personal handling (e.g. stains, malfunctions, scratches, or visible wear).
Minor creases or dents on the outer packaging that do not affect the quality of the product.
Incomplete return packaging, missing invoices, or missing accessories.
Cases of malicious or excessive returns.
If a return/refund was previously requested due to personal preference, a repeat order of the same product will not be eligible for return or refund.
Refund Information
Credit Card Payments: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be credited directly to your original credit card account.
Cash on Delivery: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be transferred to your designated bank account.
